Pigments: Make It Delight is provided by Zeti LLC. This policy covers the game, playpigments.com, and messages you send to our support address.

Your paintings and progress

The game stores paintings, progress, discoveries, records, and settings on your device or in your browser. We do not receive this saved game data. Pigments has no account, cloud sync, advertising, or in-app analytics SDK.

Your device’s backup service may include app data according to your backup settings. Browser data remains associated with the browser and website where you play.

Saving and sharing

Saving an image creates an exported painting. If you choose to share it, your device sends it to the app or recipient you select. Those services handle the image under their own policies. Pigments does not upload your collection to a gallery or social service.

Website visits

Cloudflare hosts playpigments.com and processes technical request information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the website. Cloudflare Web Analytics may measure page visits and loading performance. This website information is separate from your locally saved paintings; it does not send us your game progress.

When you contact us

If you email [email protected], we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use these to answer your request and resolve problems. Our email provider processes that correspondence to deliver and store it.

We retain support correspondence while needed to handle your request and any necessary follow-up or legal obligations. You can ask us to delete it. We do not sell your personal information or use support messages for targeted advertising.

Your choices

You control exported images through your device’s files or photos. Local game data remains until removed through device or browser storage controls; removing it can permanently erase your collection. Backups are managed separately through your device or backup provider.

For access, correction, or deletion of information you sent to support, contact [email protected]. We cannot recover or inspect local paintings that you have not sent to us.

Children

The game does not ask players for personal information. If you believe a child has sent personal information to our support address, contact us so we can address it.
