If you’re reporting a problem, include your device, app version, and the painting you were playing. A screenshot helps, too.

How do I paint?

Connect at least three drops, then lift your finger. Matching colors keep the trail going. Some colors mix: blue and yellow make green, so you can keep connecting green. Longer trails give you more paint.

Where is my collection saved?

Your paintings stay on this device or in this browser. There’s no account or cloud sync. Use the same browser and playpigments.com to return to your web collection. Clearing app data or browser storage can remove your progress.

Can I keep a finished painting?

Open it in your library and choose Save image. On a phone, choose where to save or share it. In a browser, the image downloads or opens your device’s sharing options.

A painting isn’t saving.

If you see Retry, keep the game open and try again. Check that your device has storage available. Before reinstalling or clearing storage, contact us—those actions can remove your local collection.
